It has officially been my first week in my new office in Pleasanton Ca! It has been an exciting venture expanding my Real Estate business into the Tri Valley. I have truly got to experience California traffic and commuting and let me tell you its all true. :) !! And when it rains going down the hill you would think that we were an apocolyptic movie where everyone is trying to get on the final space craft.
So in my fun commutes to the South Bay I am realizing that the low home inventory and the multiple offers on most decent properties is a true indicator of the economy shifting. The real estate market in the Bay Area has been the catalyst for the country and I am hoping that this is true for our positive momentum also. We are heading for greener pastures.
Here is an example- I listed a home in Saratoga Ca for $1 698 000 and we received 4 offers but thats not whats crazy. Whats crazy is that this home had been on the market for close to a year with no bites with another realtor and ten days on the market with me and we have 4 offers.
I would love to take full kudos for this, but besides great marketing we are in a market shift- so I am telling everyone I know: This is the time to watch the market and make your move :-)
Come be my neighbor in the Tri Valley- Its so totally cool out here. I see the hills and clean newer streeets and homes. Happier people, healthier people waking their children to school, riding their bikes.
